Bender Hockey · Post-Game Report

Capstone and Stoller's squared off at Alice Nobile Ice Arena on Sunday, October 25, 2026, and the evening needed a shootout to settle it, with null finally prevailing 3–3. Clark Stoller drew first blood for Stoller's in the 1st period, setting the tone for a lively night of scoring.

Period by period: Stoller's took the 1st period by a 2–0 count; Capstone took the 2nd period by a 3–1 count; the 3rd period was scoreless, much to the delight of both goaltenders. Stoller's managed the night's only back-to-back tallies.

On the scoresheet, Clark Stoller (2G, 0A) chipped in multi-point nights. The rest of the roster contributed moral support and timely line changes.

Elsewhere: shots finished Capstone 33, Stoller's 31 — the Stoller's netminder was the busier of the two; when overtime solved nothing, Stoller's took the shootout and the extra point.
